It was a routine teeth cleaning. The waiting room was very cool! The staff is always very friendly and right on time.

Dr. Hewett is hand down the BEST dentist EVER. I am from NY and I am very picky - this is your dentist if you are looking for THE BEST> Dr.Hewett is a perfectionist and the nicest guy/staff ever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hewett and Dr. Russo for over five years and know they are the absolute best. They are both highly skilled dentists, kind, compassionate, and extremely professional. The office staff, hygienists, and assistants are always friendly and professional. They understand how unnerving a visit to the dentist may be and do whatever is needed to make you feel safe and comfortable. They truly care about their patients. Based on my personal experience, I have highly recommended this practice to everyone for general, surgical, and implant procedures.

If you are looking for a really nice dentist Doctor Hewett is that person. He has extensive education and training in implants and implant restorations. I was very lucky to find him. My old implant was compromised. I had seen another dentist who compromised it more. Doctor Hewett did a wonderful job of saving the implant. He also made sure the new crown was perfect both in color and size. He is a perfectionist. So if you are looking to have implants or especially restorations done , I highly recommend you go and see him. The woman who assisted him was really nice puts you at ease. All the other women there are also very nice. Wonderful I am very happy!

yesterday morning I had an appointment to have a cleaning at Dr. Hewett's office here in Winter Haven, like anyone else I was very nervous about going to the dentist mainly because of the pain, discomfort etc. Well once I arrived I was greeted by Donna at the front desk with a welcoming smile. We talked briefly about family, children, everything but dentistry which really put my mind at ease. I spent maybe 5 mins checking my appointments before I was greeted by Sharon the hygienist who addressed me by my first name which was very refreshing.. immediately I felt as if I was amongst friends. She took the time to explain each procedure as she was performing this gave me a sense of calm because as we all know...some dentists offices will just dive right in and before you know it your clinching the armrests and grunting...NOT HERE!!! infact I cannot remember the last time I have had such a pleasant experience at a dentist office. Well, after a short while, in comes Dr Hewett, he says to me right away welcome and thank you. I'm sitting there thinking...."I'm just a car salesman, your one of the top dentists in the southeast United States , thank you for seeing me!" truly one of the friendliest people I've met since coming to Florida. He explained everything to me so that I could better understand...not only did I walk away with very little to no discomfort, I was better informed ...i would like to thank you all for such a wonderful visit.. oh yeah...DOC. I ACTUALLY WENT THE WHOLE DAY WITHOUT GRINDING MY TEETH...WASNT EASY...

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Going to the dentist has always been the most dreaded thing I have to do. Now I can't wait to go see everyones smilling faces!! They know me by name when I walk in the door and treat me like family. Not to mention the most relaxing and papering experience at the dentist ever. I recently had some crowns and fillings done and they tucked me in with a blanket and this wonderful aromatic warm eye mask. I can't wait for my next visit!

Everyone was very friendly. I received an explanation of all procedures. It was a painless visit. I'll be back.

i had an excellent experience with the replacement of two old crowns and the placement of two news ones. dr Russo and all of ghe folks here were very caring compassionate and professional. I needed two root canals and the refferal was very good as well .(dr Chen- Clermont) they take the time to do things well and proper within minimal to no pain.

I've always been terrified of the dentist and the first time I came here everyone was so nice and welcoming. I ended up having to have a root canal and the dentist was so gentle and easy going that I've not only gotten my tooth fixed, I've actually started fixing all my teeth. They even worked with me as to what I'd be looking at paying and scheduling around my finances. Ive always been scared of the dentist and the needles. I thought I'd always have to go to a child's dentist due to my phobia but coming here has been such a different experience. I no longer panic when I head to the dentist, in fact, I actually get excited because I know they'll take great care of me and the needle is nothing compared to what I've had before. I hope dr. Williams never retires because I'm not sure what I'd do without him.

What a difference from when I first came here and after completion. Staff and doctors all made me feel completely comfortable and they are always friendly and welcoming. I have almost no pain after the procedure that was done. My last dentist almost sent me to the hospital because they left a star size dimed shaped bone in my gums. I was fearful about coming to another dentist but I am so happy that I came here and now I have a beautiful smile.

Today was a great day, at the Dentists working with my smile and being at the dentists office was a good one being that am terrified due to the experience I have had in the pass, I could say that my Dentists Dr. Russo and Dr. Hewett. and their employees are the best, the experience was awesome they made me feel like I was in a family environment I felt very comfortable like never before. I would recommend them to everyone who need this kind of environment, especially if you have had an experience like I did in the pass. I will never see any other Dentists they are stuck with me.

Three years after a horrendous experience with a dentist who shall remain nameless I was blessedly guided to Dr. Hewetts door, First encounter was smiling Coralis and Brandy at reception. Next was Cathy who would become my best buddy for all future procedures. Then came Dr. Hewett. After a 15 minute consultation I realized I not only would trust him with my mouth but I would let him perform brain surgery if he deemed it necessary. After a cleaning with Kenya I realized I had found Dental Heaven. Thanks to Dr. Hewett and his amazing staff I actually look forward to any and all future visits Thank you.

It's very exciting to finally receive my upper denture. It's taken a year to have the cadaver tissue heal and be ready for this. Dr Hewett is very careful and wanted there to be complete healing. There was no bone left in the upper gum after having worn dentures for 50 years. Hooray!!!

I survived a very different cancer of the head/neck and intense levels of radiation which over time has wreaked havoc in my throat, mouth, jaw and teeth. A little over 5 yrs here in Central Florida, 3 different dental practices, outrageous billing estimates (it truly felt like I was shopping for a used car), lack of training or understanding of my various difficulties right down to the dentists themselves having no idea what to prescribe for relief from the simplest problems, suggestions that my first order of business would be a credit check and a payment plan with a particular financial group - GOOD GOD!!! ... I was all set to arrange flight, accommodations and appointments back home with docs familiar w/ my history even if I had to stay for a couple of months. Then I took a chance and made a "consult" appointment w/ the Hewitt group. BRAVO! HOORAY! FANTASTIC! There are not enough words. The staff of Hewitt Dental from office personnel right on through dental assistants, hygienists to dentists earn a 100 STAR rating in knowledge, patience, kindness, understanding, the business aspects of costs and insurances ... on and on and on. Dr. Williams was assigned to (or volunteered - he is a champ to take this one on) my case and within 10 minutes of conversation I had NO doubt whatsoever that he had a full understanding and plenty of experience with head/neck cancers and the lifetime effects of radiation. A procedural plan has already been put in place, unique and complex X-rays done, first cleaning done, medications from common mouth washes for relief to antibiotics and others discussed and noted, insurance accepted, costs laid out - all with no mention of credit apps, interest applied to a payment time frame. REAL PROFESSIONALS! The Hewitt Dental Group defines what we have all been taught that doctors and dentists SHOULD BE. I have used Dr. Hewett for many years for dental work. I am currently having implants put in the bottom. I had implants put in the top last year and I couldn't be happier. I can smile again and feel confident and not embarrassed. I can't wait until the bottom is finished!! The office staff are amazing too! I feel like I am with family members when I am with them. Had the pleasure of visiting the office and I felt like family. The Dr was great in explaining everything so I could understand it and the staff made me feel right at home. This was my first visit but I can promise they have a patient for a very long time based on this visit.

Implants sounded like the better way to go, when they took the teeth out and put the implants in I had absolutely no pain. I mean When the novacaine and everything wears off I’m waiting for the pain to hit and it didn’t do it………..do it! ………… best thing I ever did, best money I ever spent

I was 30 years without any lower teeth at all. Anything that you had to put in your mouth an severely chew I couldn’t do. When I did decide to have the implants put in it was just a really really good decision. The first time I threw a hand full of cashew nuts in my mouth and chewed them up, I decided that it was one of the better decisions that I made in my life

When I first came to Dr. Hewett I had different problems with my front teeth. There were wide gaps…. It affected my life. You don’t realize how important a smile is until you finally get one. I just love looking at myself in the mirror. I can smile whenever I please. I can laugh. I’m not self-conscious about my mouth. I love it!!

The top my mouth my back teeth were very very bad at the time my wife and I were opening a business and I thought it would be good. I had 9 implants, I never once felt the needle go in my mouth yet from Dr. Hewett. Actually I had a dentist come into my business , she said she was a dentist and are those teeth yours or not , I can’t figure it out. It was a great compliment to Dr. Hewett
